Dee Dee Luogon has over 16 years experience in the cosmetology profression and has worked in large markets such as Atlanta, GA, Organge County, FL, Minneapolis, MN, and is now the proud owner of the premier African American Salon in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Dee Dee specializes in all hair textures with an emphasis in braiding as a graduate of the Salon Profressional Academy. Dee Dee enjoys making all her clients feel renewed in spirit with gorgeous professional hair styles.
